Who is Carbon Velo?
Carbon Velo was built upon our years experience of selling and supporting select Chinese brands such as Winspace and Tavelo.
Since 2022, we've been the main dealer in the UK for Winspace products. Our team continue to operate the Winspace UK website and personally build over 150 Winspace bikes each year - experience our customers benefit from directly.
Having built relationships with other well-established brands, we are excited to expand our offering to include products by Evolve, Quick Pro, Cybrei, Elite and others!
Why should I buy from you?
We don’t just sell bikes – we live and breathe them. We personally build and support more than 150 Winspace bikes each year alone, giving us unrivalled hands-on experience with every frame model, wheelset and component we offer.
If you choose us to build your complete bike, it is made to order for you - nothing is off the peg. We do not purchase complete bikes from overseas and assemble them here. We build them here in our UK workshops using group sets and components sourced from UK distributors.
Every bike is assembled, inspected and configured in our UK workshop, and you’ll deal directly with knowledgeable staff - riders like you - who take pride in providing exceptional personal service before and after your purchase.
Unlike buying direct from overseas, our prices include all UK VAT, import duties and taxes, so there are no unexpected costs. You’ll also benefit from UK-based warranty and after-sales support. Should you ever need this, we will deal with it for you, no need to send anything back to China!

Do you accept discount codes?
We only accept discount codes shared by ourselves via our newsletters and Instagram. We do not accept manufacturer or influences codes.
We can only accept discount codes for Cycle To Work purchases where the voucher is issued by GoGeta. Discounts can not be given on any other C2W purchase.
Why don't you sell the complete bikes offered by the brands?
We prefer to build every customer bike to order, using UK component stock, because:
- Factory off-the-peg packages give customers no control over component choice.
- Part-assembled bikes may arrive damaged or misaligned.
- Part-assembled bikes have not been built to our standards. They will not have steerers trimmed to your needs. May not have had their mounting surfaces reamed and faced. May not have hydraulic hoses padded to avoid rattles.
- They use groupset and component stock from overseas, so are not covered by a UK warranty and would need to be returned overseas for any support.
- They often use downgraded components like chains, rotors and bottom brackets to save costs.
If you choose us to build your complete bike, it is made to order for you from the ground up.
We start with a discussion about your cycling terrain and style and can advise on product selection and sizing, gearing choices and finishing kit. We understand your bike fit and set bar height to suit with no excess spacers above your cockpit.
As well as selecting your frame, bars and wheels, you specify your crank arm length, chainring and cassette size, tyre width, saddle width, brake setup, lever position and bar taping style. Want to upgrade to a powermeter chainset? Prefer to use a saddle you know is comfortable? No problem! The bike is made for you the way you need it and handed over in a guaranteed ready-to-ride condition.
All groupsets and finishing kit are sourced from UK distributors to ensure everything is fully warrantied and supported locally.
Why can't you ship complete bikes?
It is our preference to meet customers and hand over their bikes in person, but it is also logistically very difficult and expensive to pack and ship built bikes, especially internally-routed hydraulic bikes with integrated cockpits.
In our experience, customers really value an in-person handover of their bike by the mechanic who built it. They get a full introduction to it, with setup and maintenance notes. We can carry out a final fit and even a test ride if needed.
Mostly, you and we both have the reassurance that it was handed over in perfect condition and working order, and don't have to wonder if something is wrong because of poor handing by a courier.
When will I get my order?
If components are in UK stock we ship by next working day courier. If items are not in stock these will be ordered directly from our partner brands and delivery times may vary from 10 days to several weeks.
Our build queue typically varies from 3-6 weeks depending on the time of year.
Where you require an item urgently, please contact us for a delivery estimate before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
Are you an authorised dealer?
We are an approved UK dealer and service centre for each of the brands we sell.
Can you ship to countries outside the UK?
No. We can only ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK please search for an authorised dealer near you.
Can you sponsor me?
We support several riders (see our blog posts) and are always keen to hear from enthusiastic UK-based riders and racers. Please email with your details to riders@carbonvelo.co.uk
What warranty do you offer?
Warranties vary by brand and product. Please refer to the product pages for warranty details.
What happens if I have a problem?
If you require after sales support or have experienced an issue with any products purchased from us, please email us at support@carbonvelo.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the problem. We always aim to get back to you within 1-2 working days and will liaise with manufacturers on your behalf for any warranty issues.
Can I purchase with a Cycle To Work Voucher?
Yes! We are registered with all the major UK suppliers. For more information please see our guide here.
