All bikes purchased from Carbon Velo are built to order to your exact requirements in the UK using UK groupset and component stock, so all warranties are local. Groupsets are full spec - for example, we do not substitute inferior chains or brake rotors from lower groupsets.

We prefer complete bikes to be collected in person from our workshops in Bridgend, because this allows a full handover and introduction to your bike.
